This anime was awesome.
The story follows a young girl named Erin who grows up in a village that raises fictional beast, called Todah, for war. In the village, there are 'Beast Healers.' They tame the beasts for the lands military, but Erin's mother is the head 'Beast Healer', and anything that goes wrong is on her head. As Erin grows up, she starts to notice that the laws of man, the way of beasts, and the hierarchy of Gods have nothing to do with her decisions. Wholeheartedly, Erin does what she believes is right.
So this anime starts off with young Erin, and the viewers get to watch her grow up ( I think she starts off at age 8 or 10, and grows in the series in increments of 4. So 8, 12, 16, 20! In short--It's a long ride.
All of the characters are recycled! No one gets left out, so that's pretty awesome.
Just a heads up: there are feelings.
That is all.
But not really.
Did it have it's shortcomings? Yes--for instance--if
